Annulering
Alle luchthavens bieden aangepaste annuleringsopties om je flexibiliteit in je reisplannen te geven. Op deze pagina vind je de annuleringsinformatie van elke luchthaven en kun je je bestaande boeking annuleren. Houd er rekening mee dat het wijzigen van een boeking alleen mogelijk is door middel van annulering en vervolgens opnieuw boeken.
Annulering op Berlin Airport (BER)

Annulering op Bremen Luchthaven (BRE)
Bremen Airport biedt een soepel annuleringsbeleid zodat je flexibel kunt zijn met je reisplannen. Je kunt je bestaande boeking gratis annuleren tot 2 uur voor de geboekte entree.
Om je boeking te annuleren, gebruik je de annuleringslink in de bevestigingsmail van je boeking.
Annulering op Dortmund Airport (DTM)
Dortmund Airport biedt een soepel annuleringsbeleid zodat u flexibel kunt zijn met uw reisplannen. Annuleerbare producten kunnen kosteloos worden geannuleerd tot 2 uur voor de geboekte boeking.
Om je boeking te annuleren, gebruik je de annuleringslink in de bevestigingsmail van je boeking.
Annulering op Düsseldorf Luchthaven (DUS)
Düsseldorf Airport biedt een soepel annuleringsbeleid, zodat je flexibel kunt zijn met je reisplannen. Je kunt je boeking annuleren tot 24 uur voor de geboekte entree, tegen betaling van de boekingskosten (standaard boekingen 3€, spoedboekingen 10€). Spoedboekingen kunnen tot 2 uur voor de geboekte entree worden geannuleerd.

Annulering op Frankfurt Airport (FRA)
De luchthaven ondersteunt de door u gekozen taal niet. De annuleringsvoorwaarden van de luchthaven worden hieronder in het Engels weergegeven.
Frankfurt Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before booked entry. Within the 24 hours there is a cancellation fee of 50%.

Annulering op Hamburg Airport (HAM)

Köln/Bonn Luchthaven biedt een soepel annuleringsbeleid zodat je flexibel kunt zijn met je reisplannen. Je kunt je bestaande boeking annuleren tot 12 uur voor de geboekte entree. Je ontvangt een volledige terugbetaling min de servicekosten van de luchthaven (3€).

Nürnberg Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. Whether your booking can be cancelled depends on the product booked. For cancellable standard products, the cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the booked entry. For booked flexible tariffs, the cancellation must be made at least 6 hours before the booked entry. Depending on the booked product, a cancellation fee (6€) may apply. The already paid parking fee will be refunded minus the cancellation fee.

Hoe kan ik mijn boeking wijzigen?
Een wijziging van je boeking met betrekking tot de geboekte luchthaven, het parkeerterrein en de parkeerperiode is niet mogelijk. In dit geval moet u annuleren en opnieuw boeken. We raden je aan om eventuele annuleringskosten en de nieuwe kosten van de parkeerplaats te controleren voordat je annuleert. In sommige gevallen kan het goedkoper zijn om langer te parkeren dan gereserveerd met de bestaande reservering en een extra betaling te doen bij het betaalstation voordat u de parkeerfaciliteit verlaat.
