All of the airports offer accommodating cancellation options to give you flexibility in your travel plans. On this page you will find each airport’s cancellation information and you can cancel your existing booking. Please note that changing a booking is only possible by means of cancellation and subsequent rebooking.
Cancellation at Berlin Airport (BER)
Berlin Brandenburg Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. You can cancel your existing booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked entry.

Cancellation at Bremen Airport (BRE)
Bremen Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. You can cancel your existing booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the booked entry.

Cancellation at Dortmund Airport (DTM)
Dortmund Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. Cancellable products can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the booked entry.

Cancellation at Düsseldorf Airport (DUS)
Düsseldorf Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the booked entry, subject to the booking fee (standard bookings 3€, express bookings 10€). Express bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the booked entry.

Cancellation at Frankfurt Airport (FRA)
Frankfurt Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before booked entry. Within the 24 hours there is a cancellation fee of 50%.

Cancellation at Hamburg Airport (HAM)
Hamburg Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. Bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the booked entry. The parking fee paid in advance will be refunded to your chosen payment method less the service fee (4-10€).

Cancellation at Hannover Airport (HAJ)
Hannover Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. You can cancel your existing booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the booked entry.

Cancellation at Köln/Bonn Airport (CGN)
Köln/Bonn Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. You can cancel your existing booking up to 12 hours before the booked entry. You will receive a full refund minus the airport’s service fee (3€).

Memmingen Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. You can cancel your existing booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked entry.

Cancellation at Munich Airport (MUC)
Munich Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. You can cancel your existing booking free of charge before the booked entry.

Cancellation at Nürnberg Airport (NUE)
Nürnberg Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. Whether your booking can be cancelled depends on the product booked. For cancellable standard products, the cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the booked entry. For booked flexible tariffs, the cancellation must be made at least 6 hours before the booked entry. Depending on the booked product, a cancellation fee (6€) may apply. The already paid parking fee will be refunded minus the cancellation fee.

Cancellation at Salzburg Airport (SZG)
Salzburg Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. You can cancel your existing booking free of charge up to 3 hours before the booked entry.

Cancellation at Stuttgart Airport (STR)
Stuttgart Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. You can cancel your existing booking up to 24 hours before the booked entry. You will receive a full refund minus the airport’s service fee (15€).

Cancellation at Vienna Airport (VIE)
Vienna Airport offers an accommodating cancellation policy so that you can be flexible with your travel plans. Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before booked entry.

How can I change my booking?
A change of your booking with regard to the booked airport, parking area and parking period is not possible. In this case, you must cancel and re-book. We recommend that you check any cancellation fees and the new cost of the parking space before cancelling. In some cases, it might be cheaper to park for longer than booked with the existing booking and make an additional payment at the pay station before leaving the parking facility.
