Stuttgart Airport: Short-term parking
Kiss & Fly zone is ideal for short-term parkers, where you can stop for up to 8 minutes free of charge to let travelers off. This system is regulated by automatic barriers that record the license plate upon entry and thus ensure smooth traffic in front of the terminals. For stays longer than 8 minutes, fees apply, which are staggered and can be paid directly before exiting at the barrier or at a pay machine. Anyone who parks for longer than 30 minutes will face significantly higher fees and may even have their vehicle towed. Alternatively, short-term parkers can use nearby car parks such as P0 for one hour free of charge or choose car parks P3, P4, P5, P6 and P14, which allow 30 minutes of parking at a cost of €4.
Electric charging stations for electric cars
Stuttgart Airport offers users of electric vehicles comprehensive charging options so that the vehicles can be charged while they are parked. The charging infrastructure includes both normal charging points and fast charging points, most of which are located in the airport’s parking areas. All normal charging stations are equipped with a Type 2 connection and offer an output of up to 11 kW. Certain tariffs apply to spontaneous charging, also known as ad hoc charging, without prior registration or charging card. It is also possible to use charging cards or apps from other traction current providers, whereby the conditions of the respective provider then apply. The fast-charging points, equipped with at least one CCS plug, can be found at the Kiss & Fly parking lot near the bus terminal.

Within the parking garages, the reserved spaces for people with disabilities are always on the ground floor, near the entrances, to ensure short distances to the terminal. If challenges arise when parking or leaving the parking lot, there is a call button at all entrances and exits. This establishes a direct connection to the control center in order to receive immediate support.

In addition to the standard parking options, Stuttgart Airport offers a total of 94 XL parking spaces for travelers who arrive with larger vehicles or simply want more space and comfort when parking. These particularly spacious parking spaces are 3 meters wide and allow an entrance height of up to 2.10 meters. These XL parking spaces can be found in the P14 car park, from where it is just a short 3-minute walk to the terminals. With a maximum daily price of €39, these parking spaces not only offer enough space for your vehicle, but also a convenient and nearby parking option for problem-free onward travel.
